The only good thing about this hotel is the location — it’s close to Victoria Park with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Unfortunately, everything else is terrible. The room is extremely small — you can barely open a suitcase inside. Cleanliness is unacceptable: the bathroom was not properly cleaned, the drain clogged three times in one day, and the towels didn’t even look clean. The facilities are in poor condition. The air conditioning barely works. Even worse, the elevator was broken for 3 days during our stay. There was no proper explanation, just repeated “it will be fixed soon,” which was clearly not true. On checkout day, we had to carry all our bags down from the 9th floor. When we asked for help, we were told there was no staff available — while we could clearly see a male staff member in the back chatting with the female manager. They simply refused to help. Service was very poor overall. The staff were unfriendly, and the female manager was rude and dismissive. Unless you only care about location and are okay with terrible service, poor hygiene, and carrying your luggage up and down, avoid this place.
