Careful! They do not have service to keep lugagge and if you complain to them, they will propose you to leave the hotel with no penalty but in fact, they will charge you complete price!!!!

Affordable (cheap) accomodation in a great location in Causeway Bay Hong Kong. Staff speak limited English but are really nice and helpful. This is really cheap accomodation so bare that in mind when others are critiquing such a place. I ventured all around H.K. and SweetHearts G.H. was a good place to come back to and sleep, a small room with shower and air con/heater, ideal for me. Many thanks . Anthony. F. Booked this hostel. They’re working with this common scam in HK where they operate a few different hostels in the same building and use the same check-in desk for all of them. Booked this one, went to the sixth floor with our massive bags (no easy feat in these old buildings) and were sent down to the first floor for check in. Then we were directed to rooms in a different hostel, nothing like the one we booked. WiFi was extremely irregular.

Traveled alone. Easy to reach with MTR (Causeway Bay Station) walking distance 10 mins. Airport City bus A11 (Sugar Road bus stop) walking distance 15 mins. Prior arrival, follow instruction to locate the place on map as the premise represents or co-share with other hostel names located in Phoenix Apartment block. There was no signboard for "Sweet Heart Guest House". Below building outside is a stop and waiting zone for Public Light Bus. Opposite road is a shopping block, Hysan Place. Building exactly beside is Lee Garden One, shopping and office block. Good central location: 15 mins walk to Happy Valley Race Course, Ikea and Victoria Park. Fortunate to get a room (Room 112) on the 1st floor same level as check-in counter instead of 6th floor units. Rooms are understood to be small for Hong Kong but mine was bigger than I expected. Staff could not speak english but check-in was fast and easy. Smile if you can to make their day. If need to, look out for signboard at corridor at 1st floor that reads "Jing Ping Hotel" to locate check-in counter. It is just a small reception counter that fits one staff. Clean and quiet windowless room provided, attached shower/toilet and comfortable b
