Tried to deny a valid return of a defective product within their 15 day return period. Know your rights, they try to wait you out, but they have to accept your return.

Fortress extended "warranty" "Easy Replacement" is a total scam. There is nothing "easy" about it and they are selling it as "same as trade-in at apple" but in reality they only will check few very specific things like display not working and that's it, even though a plastic leaver controlling the air flow on my device got broken due to poor quality - the staff at the store didn't care to solve anything and just refused to replace the device as per warranty conditions. They said they will call the store i bought it at and call me back and never called back. terrible service and nobody should be buying warranty from Fortress as it is absolutely worthless

Fortress is a great example of shopping done right, they had a very well organized store. The prices were on point point. Everything that was advertised was there and available in stock, at no point did I have a problem trying to locate and associate to help me or ask questions. There's just a good flow of employees and customers. The store is not overwhelmingly big and it's not claustrophobically small. The store has different sections within it. Everything from computers to mobile to tablets to accessories and very well organized and the pricing is exceptional. I was there to purchase a computer. I had my options in front of me. I made my decision. They had a sealed unopened box sitting at the sales counter along with my accessories within minutes, brought me over to the checkout counter tap to pay was available and I was out of the store in 20 minutes. 👍

This is a review about an online delivery from Fortress. I bought an expensive smeg kettle from Fortress, one of the most expensive kettles on the website, in order to boil water for my baby's formula milk. I paid a lot of money for this product, thinking I was getting something of superior quality. When the kettle arrived, the box it was in had clearly had the tape removed and where the tape should have been was some weird dark black dust. I called the service centre and on both occasions the person I spoke to didn't speak good English and they said someone would call me back, and on both occasions, nobody did. I have no idea why the tape was removed from the box. Now I'm afraid the kettle might have already been used or tampered with in some way. I'm extremely disappointed with this service from Fortress. I used to be a loyal customer but I will never again buy a product from them and will also tell my friends and family not to bother either. You don't get what you pay for at this place and the customer service after purchasing something is atrocious. Don't bother spending your money here, this is not a reputable company. I will now have to spend time and more money buying a new
