Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

2026 edit: visit Art of God exotics shop instead! Fishmanshop have a good range of products but don’t expect any customer service of basic level, especially from the counter girl 😅 there is one knowledgable guy who will explain things patiently but the girl at the cashier just CBA with anything. Even with extremely simple questions she makes you feel like you’re wasting her time. The only time she’s polite is when you pay and leave 🤣 also, it’s not a language or cultural barrier. I speak canto and have gone many times over the last few years, it’s just plain rudeness. It’s unfortunate when you spend so much money there and you’re treated rudely time after time. I go there only because it’s convenient for me but I will find another shop for future. My suggestion: if you really need to hire her, either train her or put her somewhere where there’s no human interaction. Reading the previous reviews it seems like she’s been the main source of complaints.

I bought a snake and cage, light lamp, bulbs, and accessories here around 1 year ago. Do you know I bought a hot mat for the snake for winter, but I did not work and I went to the shop again to change it with a new one. New hot mat did not work when I turned it on at my house, I needed to go to shop again to change it to the light and lamp. This is a very simple problem. I have bought a total of 4 lamps and 9 bulbs so far, because the quality of the products this shop selling is really bad. The most serious problem in this shop is the attitude of all staff who are working there. I am not sure whether the girl who is working at the counters is the owner or just staff, nobody care of my problem. When I explained about the products, they said "OK". What did it mean? At least they have to say " sorry." They kept saying "OK" I live in Tung Chung, do you know how much time and effort and money to go to this shop to buy new lamps and bulbs? But all staff in this shop reacted is "OK".. really Hong Kong style... Just kind when they were selling, after selling "No responsibility": which is really Hong Kong style. I do not want to give this shop even 1 star. This kind of shop should b

The store separates the reptiles and the aquarium department, making it easier for consumers to go to different departments. The store has a full range of goods, taking care of the reptiles and aquariums, and has a choice of books in rack. The only thing is that the sales is not very patient with my query problem, and it is a bit sloppy. Update 20/2/2019 Thank you for your reply in a few months. The service attitude of colleagues on the 10th floor hopes to improve when I come back next time. I hope that your professional knowledge and coupled with a friendly attitude, can help a lot of needs for reptile pet owners.
