Very rude staff, we were only browsing around, the second we went in the staff stared at us like we were criminals. Could be nicer about asking people to not take photos, it’s like they don’t even want potential customers! Sketchy business and poor welfare of animals being kept. Do not support.

I am local so I might have perceived the “poor attitude” described in other reviews as just normal. To me they were very knowledgeable, honest, and courteous. (I have had lousy experiences in neighbouring stores on the other hand…) They stock a wide variety of brand name supplies that are imported from places other than China. I was looking for a filter: they opened one up for me to inspect, answered my (newbie) questions patiently, and remained courteous when I ultimately decided to not buy that filter. This is the kind of shop that I’d come back on repeat.

Seriously, unless you’re ready to buy something right now, don’t step foot in here. The owner will stare you down, snap at you for just looking, and basically kick you out like you’re trash. I was just browsing and got treated like a criminal. Totally ruined my day. Zero respect for customers.

store owner attitude is bad. very rude. when asked for checking the animals that was about to be purchased, they yelled that they don't have time and said that they don't want to despite the condition of the enclosure of the animal is poorly maintained. store owner is irresponsible for their product quality. told me to get out of their store
