Celebrated my birthday here with my boyfriend, and the entire dining experience was unforgettable! The food quality is top-notch—the signature steak was cooked to absolute perfection, tender and juicy, and the beef tartare was fresh and exceptionally flavorful. Every dish, including the sides and the birthday dessert, exceeded our expectations. What truly made the night special was the outstanding service. Our server, Ansa, was incredibly attentive and professional. The entire team of waiters even surprised me by coming over to sing happy birthday, creating such a warm and heartwarming atmosphere. They were also very flexible and accommodating with our requests. From the amazing food and vibrant ambiance to the phenomenal, caring staff, this place made my birthday celebration truly special. Highly recommended!

First time to this restaurant chain. Staff and atmosphere was very warm and comfortable. Took my wife here for her birthday, manager went above and beyond. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. My 8 year old kept talking about the meal after. Must try!

We had the absolute best night at Flat Iron! Hands down, it was one of the most memorable dining experiences we've had in a long time. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection-tender, juicy, and genuinely the best steak I've ever eaten. What truly made the evening unforgettable, though, was the incredible hospitality. A massive special thank you to Sujata, Sonam, and Prerana! They were hands-down the sweetest, most attentive staff we've ever encountered. From making sure we were comfortable to bringing such amazing energy to our table, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Delicious food, unbeatable vibes, and world-class service. We'll definitely be back soon!

An excellent steak house with great food, chilled vibes and attentive services. Staff is super nice, and the inner decoration is cool too. When we feel cold, the staff switched us to another seat with weaker air conditioning. For this restaurant, the sign is not obvious. You should follow the sign of Chalet and you will find the door of the restaurant.

5 stars all around! Huge thanks to Suzata for the impeccable, thoughtful service throughout our meal. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, tender and full of rich flavour, and all side dishes & cocktails were fantastic too. The restaurant atmosphere is warm and classy, making it such a lovely dining experience. Will definitely come back and highly recommend Flat Iron Steak TST to everyone!
