Took my cat here to have a look at his upper respiratory infection. Janice and Ada were his vet. It took 3 visits to figure out the culprit and the dosage of the anti biotic was incorrect. I later took my cat to near by Mid Level Cat Hospital, and we immediately saw improvements in his infection. I wouldn't recommend Four Paws as the vets here seem inexperience.

I've been going here for a few years for my dog. I've never had any bad experiences, from the booking to reception, aides/vets- they've always given amazing service, to the point that my pup, even though she hates getting anything done, even an exam, is excited (mainly cause of the treats) that the staff give her to calm her down.

Not very helpful my dog hurt his paw and needed some quick disinfecting and bandaging. I see no other patients but was requested a $600 walk in fee (which is not insurance covered). I understand they are trying to be fair to people who made an appointment but they are super full and there was no one there…. Anyway. Just went to another place who is happy to fit us in.

The veterinary clinic was located along a main road in the district. Appointments were made by telephone. The staff handling the phone was very good. The place was clean and divided into two sides, which allowed two or more pets to wait safely here. The veterinarian was treating the pets well and could communicate with the pet owners in a nice manner. Pets were welcomed to enter the clinic to enjoy some snacks without any consultation so that they could be familiar with the environment. The fee was reasonable. Overall experience was great and would certainly return for more service.

Knowledgeable vets who are caring and loving towards the dogs and cats we bring in here for checks and to get treatments. Very friendly and helpful vet assistants too
