I exchanged US dollars for Hong Kong dollars from this establishment a couple times. I find their exchange rates reasonable and much more favorable than the rates I got from our hotel. The staff is always professional, friendly and efficient. The transaction takes place inside the shop, providing a more secured environment than outside the shop.
