I did my manicure and pedicure because my usual technician was fully booked, so I did IG search for this shop. It was a terrible experience!!!! I changed my seat for three times!!!! And I need to twist my whole body to do both manicure and pedicure at the same time throughout the service which was not comfortable at all. I am not satisfied for the outcomes and result, it was not worth for ~$1200. I am still feeling bad about it and also angry for the whole process! :( I will definitely redo it before CNY!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Fulalash Nail Shop in Causeway Bay. First of all, the service was super overpriced and accompanied by constant hard selling, which made the experience uncomfortable. The hygiene standards were also concerning—the tools were not cleaned with alcohol, which raises serious questions about cleanliness and safety. The pedicure itself was rushed and poorly done, taking only 50 minutes but leaving me with unsatisfactory results. Dead skin wasn’t properly cleaned, and the old gel wasn’t fully removed before new polish was applied. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this nail shop to anyone, especially considering the price and lack of professionalism. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

Unprofessional nail service. I visited for a pedicure and manicure. While the technician for my pedicure was fine, the one who did my manicure was so unprofessional. I was taken aback by the rushed and careless service. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the price I paid. I expected much better quality. I complained to the staff when I left, it was really bad experience plus zero response. I do not recommend this shop at all.
