Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. There is so many Shopping mall in Hong Kong , iSquare is above them all , it is massive mall. Located at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, iSQUARE is a massive shopping and entertainment complex. Its unique design and retail concept, superb location, and innovative use of high technology and multimedia art afford the visitor an unprecedented shopping experience. Unique unprecedented shopping experience and so many restaurants , cafe super crowed , in the centre of Tsim Sha Tsui ,MTR on the low floor, need a day in this area . This mall is conveniently located on top of the MTR and it has many mid-range retail shops. The dining options are not very good. This is a very famous shopping centre in Kowloon. Lots of good quality shops. Very good food court on 7th floor. There is a very wide teamed of good eating options. They do have some dining areas though. The Hagen Dazs shop is quite good, with a variety of flavours and a small seating area. Reasonably priced too!

Nice place to shop with. This establishment offers a truly pleasant and convenient environment for all your shopping needs, making it a highly recommended destination for various purchases. From the moment you step through its doors, you'll likely notice the thoughtfully designed layout, which contributes significantly to a positive retail experience. The aisles are generally spacious and well-lit, preventing the common frustrations of crowded stores and making it easy to navigate and locate desired items. This mall was a very pleasant visit, offering a wide variety of shops, some familiar favorites and others more unique. There’s plenty to explore and I especially appreciated the easy access, it’s directly connected to the underground tunnel leading to the Metro, which makes it incredibly convenient. On a rainy day, you can walk straight from the Metro into the shopping centre without ever stepping outside, a perfect setup. Overall, it’s worth checking out as one of the notable malls in the area.

Some floors are very quiet with a surprisingly large number of untenanted shops for a shopping mall in a busy area. The restaurant we went to on 6/F iSquare looked and smelt old, and was dirty and generally unpleasant despite decent reviews. We were very glad to leave.
