🍜 Today, I had the pleasure of dining at HANA Korean Restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui with my friend. Known for its exceptional congee, udon, and dumplings, this restaurant truly lives up to its reputation. The service was impeccable, and we were both delighted with our choices. While I found the congee to be absolutely delicious, my friend thoroughly enjoyed the Udon. 🥣 The 釜山鮮鮑魚粥 (Busan Abalone Juk) is a comforting bowl of congee infused with the delicate flavors of abalone from Busan. The richness of the abalone adds a luxurious touch to the silky congee, making each spoonful a delight. 🍜 The 釜山魚糕烏冬 (Fish Cake Udon) is a satisfying dish that combines chewy udon noodles with savory fish cake. The flavors are well-balanced, and the dish is beautifully presented. 🥟 Additionally, we couldn't resist ordering the 韓牛餃子 (Hanwoo Dumplings). This platter of five dumplings filled with Hanwoo beef is a true culinary delight. The dumplings are expertly crafted with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. 🍹 To accompany our meal, we indulged in the refreshing DEMISODA PEACH, a peach-flavored soda (白桃碳酸飲料) that provided a delightful burst of fruity sweetness. 💰 Our total bill for two, inclu

Highly recommend the congee and when it's really cold , perfect comfort food. The udo I think can skip not that special. The beef dumplings was good too very filling.

Busan-style Korean cuisine. This cozy eatery, managed by Koreans, immerses diners in a girlish, neon-lit ambiance, making for a delightful dining experience. While the menu is compact, it emphasizes authenticity. The Busan Abalone Porridge, a standout, boasts soft Korean rice infused with savory broth, fresh vegetables, and succulent abalone. Accompanying appetizers like fresh squid kimchi and soy-marinated pickled radishes complement the porridge exquisitely. For heartier options, the Busan Fish Cake Udon and the Korean Traditional Pan-fried Dumplings offer a burst of flavor and expert craftsmanship. Hana's commitment to genuine Korean ingredients guarantees an unforgettable taste of Busan's culinary tradition in Hong Kong.

Food is quite nice! The Korean beef udon noodles is delicious and has a little sweet taste~ What I most appreciate is that the staff is patient to arrange and cook softer food for me as I am having Orthodontic treatment.

Good price and service but fair taste. Girly interior, serving traditional korean congee, dumpling and udon. Congee is a very big one, rice grains are not fully disintegrated but soft texture. Recommended the dumpling, skin is thin and well seasoned.
