Dr Yim and the nurses are very professional and empathetic. I'm grateful for Dr Yim's honesty. With her advice, we were able to let go of our dog with uremia in peace and end his suffering. I've taken my dogs to Dr Yim several times over the years, and she never overcharged or overprescribed. Once, when my dog had diarrhea, she performed a parasite rapid test, which was not offered as an option by other vets, and quickly identified the cause.

Pet owners be aware! We have been to the clinic a few times. This is the second shower that our cat got there. When I got home after picking up the cat from the shower, I noticed that part of the hair on its back is missing. I called the clinic to inquiry. The person who answered the phone said, almost too quickly: "Not us! Not us! Check with your family! Check with your family!" Had they admitted there was an accident and a piece of hair had to be shaved off, I would have at least given them another chance. The lying makes it impossible for us to trust our pet with this place.

I cannot praise Dr Yim and the team enough. Their care of my cat, QQ has been first class. She invests time in my cats (QQ and my other ginger cat) to accurately diagnose them and what it is that's going on. Very knowledgeable, professional & caring!

The doctor and nurses are very caring and friendly. Most of all, they are very experienced and professional. The nurse had been already giving me caring instructions even when I was just calling for an appointment. This is not the first vet that I visit - we firstly visited the other one on the water street. My dog was suddenly walking weirdly. A vet there checked my dog, told us that he didn’t notice anything abnormal and it might be digestive issues (excuse me???) so he suggested us to go through a full body check on the dog quoting around $4000🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃. I was quite against this kind of stuff especially the basis of your conclusion came from nowhere so we didn’t go for the test. My dog was still limping on the second day so I went to Happy Life for a second opinion. It only took Dr. Yim less than 3 minutes to diagnose and she also demonstrated how to identify such issue. No prescription was even required and neither was any ‘body check’. I am extremely grateful for this consultation - such a relief! No additional costs was spent and my dog didn’t have to suffer from any procedure! I would highly recommend the doctor to any of my friends with pets.
