A huge thank you to VEC Veterinary Medical Centre: Special thanks to our attending vet, Dr. Nicole, Dr. Koo and every single shift team. Even during a Typhoon Signal No. 8, there were no extra charges. Despite the super busy ER environment, everyone was so compassionate and allowed us to stay by Mui Mui’s side the whole time. Also deeply grateful to VEC for referring us to Dr. François Saulnier and his team, who were so sincere and arranged her surgery for the very next day! Dr. François and his team were extremely professional, gentle, and gave us so much reassurance. The surgery went so quickly and smoothly. 🙏✨

My cat suffered a bone fracture, and we were incredibly fortunate to receive treatment from Dr Hannah and her assistant Mary for its surgery. I am truly thankful for VEC’s outstanding professionalism and attentive care throughout the whole process. My little kitty is now recovering smoothly.

I cannot thank the team at Veterinary Emergency Centre (VEC) enough for saving my beloved cat, 蕃薯. We rushed in during an emergency, and it was one of the most frightening experiences we’ve ever had. 蕃薯 was diagnosed with pyometra (a serious uterine infection) and needed urgent surgery. We were extremely worried and overwhelmed, but from the very beginning, the VEC team was calm, compassionate, and highly professional. The veterinarians took the time to clearly explain her condition, the risks involved, and why emergency surgery was necessary. They were transparent about the procedures and costs, and patiently answered every question we had. That honesty and reassurance meant so much to us during such a stressful time. 蕃薯 underwent emergency surgery, and thankfully everything went smoothly. The nurses and medical team were incredibly attentive, providing constant monitoring and updates. They treated 蕃薯 with so much gentleness and care — it truly felt like she was in the best possible hands. I’m so grateful to the entire team at VEC General Consultation. Dr. Koo and all the nurses, everyone has shown such genuine care and compassion for Wolfie. They take the time to explain things clearly, reassure me when I’m worried, and always treat Wolfie with patience and kindness. The nurses are wonderfully attentive, making sure every visit feels calm and supportive, while Dr. Koo and Dr. Hui’s expertise gives me complete confidence in the care plan.
