Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

We tried the this place croissant ice cream take-away, which is convenient for ordering if you have Alipay, but you can easily pay at the counter. The take-away packaging is clever, using a cup, but overall, it’s just a croissant filled with ordinary ice cream. The croissant is well-made, but the ice cream and the combination of the two together are nothing special. It’s decent, but not worth the queue. Maybe we’ll try other items on the menu while dining in, which might be better. I haven’t tried it yet.

The perfect treat while shopping on Sneaker Street! I tried the Croissant Soft Serve, which is a take-away only menu item. It was exactly what I needed! The croissant was large, very buttery, and aromatic, stuffed with smooth and creamy milk soft serve. It was so delicious and easy to eat while walking around and browsing for sneakers. If you're in the Mong Kok area, this is a great snack to grab and go. Highly recommended!

HeSheEat Star Rating: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ There’s a particular kind of joy that comes from a dessert that looks almost too beautiful to touch—and then somehow tastes even better than expected. This place delivers exactly that. From the first bite, it’s clear the food is made with care and intention. Prices are refreshingly reasonable, especially given the quality and presentation, but what truly elevates the experience is the service. The servers are warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, and the owner’s thoughtfulness sets the tone for the entire space. Communication is effortless—excellent English is spoken throughout—making the experience welcoming and relaxed for travelers. The star attraction, the pancake, requires patience. A 30-minute wait, clearly communicated upfront, feels less like an inconvenience and more like a promise. Good things, after all, take time. The wait is absolutely justified: the pancake arrives perfectly executed, worth every minute. The smart move is to order something else in the meantime—there’s no shortage of tempting options to keep you happily occupied. If there is one small drawback, it’s logistical rather than culinary: there’s no in-house restroom, which

The space is small and charming with good lighting, the staff are friendly, and the waiting time in line isn’t too long. When dining at the restaurant, you’ll get an à la carte menu, while the croissant with ice cream is available for takeaway. The dishes were beautifully and carefully presented. This time, we tried the chocolate lava cake with ice cream 🍨— the ice cream wasn’t too sweet, and it paired well with the soft, melting lava cake. My friend said the iced matcha strawberry latte were delicious, while my watermelon yakult was just okay.
