Thanks for saving my father's life!! He had CT Scan and report should be ready in next week, while HKAI called us on the next day and told that my father needs to take immediate action ....thanks for the prompt and professional service, especially thanks for the reception ladies for the kindness help and reminder!!

Terrible service! I booked the MRI Scan for my wife at 4:30pm, arrived at 4:20. It didn’t seem like there was anyone ahead of us. One hour passed and then got told to change, then waited another 45min until I had to call and complain about the waiting time. During the whole process there was no explanation nor estimation of how much longer she had to wait. It wasn’t until 6:20pm they finally decided to switch on another machine since apparently the customer in front of us was having issues. Took them 2 hours to figure out maybe they should’ve turned on the 2nd machine. Unprofessional! 超級爛服務，訂4:30照MRI, 4:20就提早到了結果一直到6:20才決定開另一部機，如果很多人在排隊也就算了，但離奇的是根本沒其他人，只有一位據說在裡面拍了半天搞不定的客人。整個過程也沒有任何解釋說明或給一個大概的等候時間，極度不專業！

I recently accompanied my mother to HKAI medical diagnostic imaging center for a PET CT scan, and unfortunately, our experience was not entirely positive. While the facilities were clean and well-maintained, we were disappointed with the level of care and compassion shown by the nurse who attended to my mother. As someone who has accompanying my mother to numerous medical appointments, I understand that people who go for medical diagnostic imaging are likely to be anxious and worried, and my mother was no exception. Therefore, we would have appreciated a more empathetic and reassuring approach from the nurse. Additionally, I had some concerns about the symptom my mother had after the scan and reached out to the center's customer service via WhatsApp. However, we were frustrated by the slow response time and poor communication. We had to chase them after a few days before receiving a reply, which was not satisfactory. Overall, while the facilities at HKAI are of a high standard, my mother and I would have appreciated better customer service and a more compassionate approach from the staff.
