Rip off, same products can be found elsewhere half the price even.

The selection of products is impressive, but unfortunately, the older staff lady could be more friendly and approachable.

Great variety of pet needs. Always found anything I needed, includong grooming services for smaller sized dogs. Only con is that the price is a bit high compared to other stores, but well worth it as a one stop shop.

very disappointed with poor service, don't know about business policies they wanted to just selling and make money faster they don't think about future long term business.
