About 宏基國際賓館
宏基國際賓館 is a hotel in Mid-Levels, Central and Western, at 香港島半山羅便臣道4號. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it.
Hotels and guesthouses in Hong Kong must be licensed by the Office of the Licensing Authority under the Home Affairs Department; licensed guesthouses usually show their licence number at the door, and the register can be checked online. You will need an ID card or travel document at check-in, which is usually from 14:00 or 15:00, with check-out around noon; city rooms tend to be compact, so check the room size and whether it has a window. Ask about early check-in or late check-out when you book.
No opening hours have been published here yet; the Google Maps link on this page shows the latest details. Bear in mind that many small shops close over Lunar New Year and may not open while a typhoon or black rainstorm warning is in force. Phone: 2868 0828. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first.
At 4.0 out of 5 on Google (1,088 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Mid-Levels is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Hong Kong has more than a dozen public holidays a year; around Lunar New Year, Easter, Mid-Autumn and Christmas many businesses change their hours, and some small shops close for three to seven days over Lunar New Year.

I stayed here for one night and would definitly recommend this hotel for short stays. The room was small but very clean and had everything you need, the view was also quite nice. The staff was especially helpful, when I left the concierge helped me with calling an uber and even waited to make sure I had a good departure. I felt very safe here travelling alone as a young woman.

Very good service, staff were very accommodating and helpful. Room is decent and clean. There's a bus stop in front of the hotel. The hotel itself has a free shuttle bus to hongkong station. Standard room space is okay, good for a couple with 2 luggage.

Stayed here during my trip to Hong Kong in January, and the view from our room was AMAZING! The staff was nice, and I greatly appreciated the amenities like the water dispenser in the hallways and the cookies and tea at reception. The location was also convenient, and the shuttle to the metro station was great. Overall, an amazing experience compared to similar stays in HK of the same price. The highlight of it all was definitely the view. The Wi-Fi was also great, but make sure to get a VPN or an international eSIM if you depend on Instagram and TikTok because they do not work on the hotel’s Wi-Fi.

Good location on Robinson Road Close to mid levels escalator. Walking to Central takes around 14 minutes. With 5 to 7 minute walk can reach escalator and many options to eat in soho area. Rooms are a bit small but suites are perfect size to stay. Excellent value for money. Would be great if the hotel can upgrade rooms with key cards instead of heavy keys for flexibility. But always stay here as atmosphere is very friendly and service and security is very good. The view from the suites is too good overlooking the city
