The room and cleaning service were good, but it was very far away from the MTR. One old receptionist was very rude when we needed to extend our stay for two more days. He didn’t even look at us or speak to us, making us feel very sick.

Fairly nice hotel with a good view of Central. We stayed in a budget room, so the view was limited, but it should be very good from central rooms, especially on higher floors. For an affordable hotel, location and facilities are very good. The service is just normal, nothing special. They cleaned the room every day. Swimming pool was kinda empty, it's a mid-sized pool, okay for swimming. Very nice changing room with showers. The bathtub was a great extra that I didn't expect. Also, they had a very good hair fan in the room. Bottled water in the room doesn't come free, so better buy your water in a Fusion store which is in the same building. Having Zoological garden across the road really help to enjoy the location, which is otherwise kind of boring (a middle class neighborhood). Taxi to the city is fast, and there's a convenient bus 12A that goes to Central. Pretty good for a budget.
