Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Causeway Bay is packed with malls and department stores and is very crowded at weekends; nearby Victoria Park hosts the Lunar New Year fair.

Service is very good, from check in to departure they are very accommodating. The lady at the reception called me right after I checked out to inform me that I left a valuable item in the room safety box. I was in a hurry and tired so I didn’t remember to double check, but boy was I so grateful as I completely forgot about it! Too bad I didn’t get her name, but I will certainly remember her kindness! The room is of good condition , larger than most budget hotels I’ve stayed at in HK. This might be good for a long term stay as they have a kitchenette. I really liked the spacious working desk, perfect for working with a laptop! Not sure if they offer breakfast or have restaurant in the hotel. Room for improvement: ensure to deep clean the shower area as it’s quite moldy, concealed by the dark tiles but you can clearly smell and see if one will look closely.

I had a nice stay here. Mini suite hotel with comfortable beds, work area, large TV, and kitchenette including a microwave and a small refrigerator/fridge that worked well. AC was good. WiFi was good. Close to subway and many food shops. I really liked the black sesame ice cream shop nearby. Two elevators were fast and only 3 rooms per floor. Quiet at night. Could not hear other guests. I've stayed at their partner Hotel Purple and think this is my favorite. Friendly front desk staff checked me in early as a room was ready. They even had pillows you could request if the standard ones were not to your liking.

I absolutely love this hotel! A special shoutout to Aaron, who was incredibly helpful with my two extended reservations from May 21 to May 27. After my cousin left, I needed to extend my stay due to a family matter, and Aaron went above and beyond to accommodate me. He was so kind and helpful; he even upgraded me to a nicer room. I wish I could have said a proper goodbye to him on my last day, and I was happy they let me pay extra to stay a little longer before my evening departure. I am definitely planning to come back and stay here again. The location is very convenient, with plenty of delicious food options nearby to satisfy my cravings. Thanks to everyone who made my stay so enjoyable!

Location is great; the business suite is spacious by HK standards and having a harbour view. However, our stay was marred by their lying manager. What happened was that I booked this business suite from this hotel precisely because their Agoda listing stated there would be a washing machine. However, upon checking in to the allocated room 2802, I discovered the kitchen cabinet space that was supposed to house the washing machine was sealed up (see photos). So I went down to the checkin counter to ask about it before anything was unpacked. The manager on duty, Mr Spencer Choi from his name tag, claimed that washing machines were phased out from 2 years ago and advised me to do my laundry at the laundry shop opposite. This was a blatant lie because upon contacting Agoda's helpdesk (thank you for being efficient and helpful), we were shifted to another business suite on level 30 that has a washing machine. Hotel management, please educate your staff on proper customer service! I can understand if the business suites with washing machines were currently occupied, but effort should be made to check when these rooms would be available, instead of brushing off with a lie! This is not the

A special shout-out to Mr. Jacob, who was always warm, welcoming, and professional. His friendly attitude and excellent service made us feel right at home throughout our stay.
