It pays to compare prices before you buy and to check that the price shown includes everything. Octopus, credit cards, FPS and e-wallets work in most shops, though small ones may be cash only or set a minimum for cards; weekend and public-holiday afternoons are busiest, so weekday daytime is better for a relaxed browse.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Fri 11:00–19:30, Sat 11:00–19:00, Sun closed. It is open 6 days a week. It is closed on Sundays, which is not unusual for a small shop, although malls and chain stores open all week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2873 0318. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. More information is on its website, mksg.biz.
Customers give it an average of 4.4 out of 5 on Google (91 reviews), a high score by any measure.
Aberdeen is part of the Southern District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Aberdeen's typhoon shelter is home to many fishing boats, and the waterfront promenade looks across to Ap Lei Chau.

We have been coming to Mister Keen for many years to buy badminton and tennis rackets and have them strung. The quality of the products has consistently been exceptional. What sets Mister Keens apart is the outstanding customer experience. Sam is incredibly knowledgeable and helps us choose the right rackets based on our skill levels. He also proactively follows up with us when the stringing is done and the rackets are ready for pickup. When we have special requests, he is always patient and friendly, making every effort to accommodate us. I feel like I’m talking to a friend every time I visit the shop, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The service is very good, and they have a wide range of products. I was searching for c-90 65z from US and can’t believe they have it available and they replied to my questions on instagram in a timely manner. My friend in Hong Kong was able to pick it up 1-2 days after I placed my order, very fast. Would definitely visit the store when I come back Hong Kong next time!

The online shopping experience was unexpectedly amazing. The price for my racquet (arcsaber 11 play) was reasonable and stringing was well done. The responses from them via email or chat were quick. The packaging and delivery were great and super quick. Cannot recommend their online shopping portal enough.

Great service. The owner and the staff are so helpful. There is a wide range of badminton brands to select from. Highly recommended! To get there, you have to take the green minibus 4A or 4B to get to Aberdeen. When you reach the final stop, ask for the direction to get to the ABBA Shopping Mall. The shop is located on the ground floor, on the left from the main entrance of the lobby. I took the green minibus behind the SOHO mall at Causeway Bay. Pay attention to the timing of the return green mini bus/coaster. There are two stores of the Mr. Keen Sports Good. One focuses on Yonex shoes, rackets and accessories with a few other brands such as Prince, Head and Wilson. The other next door store features more brands with sports outfits covered. Enjoy shopping!
