萬成體育用品

萬成體育用品, a sports and outdoor shop in Aberdeen, Southern District, is at 香港島香港仔香港仔大道223-227號利群商場1樓19號. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted. The address puts it on an upper floor of a building (an "upstairs shop", very common in Hong Kong), so note the floor and unit number; lifts can be slow at busy times, and some older buildings only have stairs.

It pays to compare prices before you buy and to check that the price shown includes everything. Octopus, credit cards, FPS and e-wallets work in most shops, though small ones may be cash only or set a minimum for cards; weekend and public-holiday afternoons are busiest, so weekday daytime is better for a relaxed browse.

Google lists the opening hours as daily, 10:00–20:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2814 9583. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. Its website is manshingsport.com, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.

It has a Google rating of 4.2 out of 5 from 6 reviews. Opinions are mixed but broadly steady, and the latest reviews are the best guide to what to expect.

Aberdeen is part of the Southern District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Aberdeen's typhoon shelter is home to many fishing boats, and the waterfront promenade looks across to Ap Lei Chau.
