Bottom line, if you get this at a good price then this is a nice no fills hotel. Room facing the main road can be very noisy so ask for room facing the rear. There is no nice window view anywhere so it won’t matter anyway. There is very little noise isolation in walls so pot luck if you have noisy guests next door. Location is very convenient if you need airport bus and there are lots of place to eat cheap as it is an area where people go to work in the industry building near by. Walking to the MTR station is about 5-10 minutes and walking to Big shopping centres are less than 20 minutes to Kowloon bay or Kung Tong. For nice long walk there is a sea front along the harbour. Staff are super friendly, not a five star hotel but nice, clean and tidy.

I was surprised - positively! It’s a special design place, so many details to discover. It is reasonably priced. Reception was super friendly and personable. Bed is comfortable, wifi is ok. Yes, the rooms are small but have everything needed. So I decided that for me it’s 5*
