Hung Hom is part of the Kowloon City District in Kowloon. Kowloon is densely packed: Nathan Road runs north from Tsim Sha Tsui towards Prince Edward, lined along with its side streets by shops, restaurants and upstairs businesses, and most places are a few minutes' walk from an MTR station. Mong Kok's street markets, Sham Shui Po's electronics and fabric streets and Kowloon City's Thai restaurants are familiar landmarks for shopping and eating. Hong Kong addresses give the street and number, the building name, then the floor and unit; "G/F" means the ground floor, and as big buildings can have several entrances, look for the directory board in the lobby.

It has been taken over by Sunbeam, which makes it a hidden gem for cinephiles. It has great line-up mainly comprised of Hong Kong films and classic Hollywood films when it opens. But the line-up has worsened quite a bit, I guess due to bad box office resulting from weak marketing. Nevertheless this is one of the best cinemas to watch Hong Kong films in, thanks to its nostalgic vibe and nice big screens, especially Hong Kong thrillers, thanks to its superstitious vibe.

Pretty good. In general, most Golden Harvest cinemas around the city have the most reasonably priced movie tickets. Of course like most cinemas, catching the morning show is the cheapest, but even afterwards, ticket prices are mostly under 100 HKD each (except for IMAX ones or depending on movie as well), in contrast to most cinemas in this city where you have to expect to pay more than that amount for a ticket. Seats are ok, but personally I think they’re ok and comfy enough to sit in for 2 hours. We came here to see Barbie and had a great time. They gave us free posters with our tickets which I thought was a fun little bonus. This cinema is conveniently located near a few of the Whampoa station exits, and it’s not hard to find this place when you see these bright tunnel of lights to the escalators by the building to enter.

Convenient location within Whampoa Garden and the ticket is relatively inexpensive. However the cinema design is not that 'steep' and your screen may have a higher chance to be blocked by the people in front of your row

The theatre has 4 screens and is well maintained. Haven't tried the food here. The tickets are relatively cheap costing around 50 hkd on Wednesdays and around 65-75 on weekends (depending on the movie). It's located right next to the whampoa world boat and pretty easy to locate. The staffs are friendly. They even checked the subtitles for us before booking the tickets.

Nice Cinema with comfortable seats. It's usually not busy, so you can generally get good seats for current shows. Bring a jacket, as the air conditioning is icy cold.
