Visited the team at Jantzen while in Hong Kong and had five shirts made. Couldn't be happier with the results - the quality and construction are excellent, and the value for money is great for bespoke shirting of this standard. Ricky, Reynold and the team have a great selection of fabrics - and have to especially shout out they were incredibly patient with me finding a very particular material I wanted for one shirt (a heavyweight non-easy care treated Oxford cloth). Even though I am sure I gave them a headache, they never made me feel like I was being difficult and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hong Kong looking for quality made-to-measure shirts.

"I started my custom shirt journey at Jantzen Tailor over 15 years ago, introduced by a former boss who always had the most perfectly fitted shirts. I still have one of my original white shirts from a decade ago—it’s as crisp and straight today as it was then, which speaks volumes about their craftsmanship. After trying other shops over the years, I’ve realized nothing compares to the superiority of Jantzen. I’ve recently returned for tailored pants and shirts, and I am amazed that the quality is just as high as it was 15 years ago, while the prices remain incredibly fair. For the cost of one of their custom shirts, you couldn't find anything off-the-shelf that compares, even at double the price. Ricky is a legend in the industry whose enthusiasm never fades, and his sons, Reynold and Samson, are equally dedicated to the craft. I can safely recommend Jantzen to anyone looking for the perfect fit

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Jantzen Tailor. I’ve been a customer for more than a decade now, and the care and craftsmanship have never wavered, which says everything about the kind of place this is. From the moment I walk in, they make me feel completely at ease, patiently guiding me through different materials and colours, and thoughtfully recommending fabrics suited to Singapore’s climate. You can tell they genuinely care about getting it right for each customer, not just making a sale. What really touches me is his patience with the fitting process. He measured me three separate times on my most recent visit to make sure everything sat perfectly- never rushed, never impatient, just quietly committed to doing the job properly. That kind of craftsmanship and care is rare these days. His knowledge of fabrics and styling is wonderful, and the pricing is honestly very fair for the quality of materials and the level of workmanship you get. If you’re looking for a tailor who treats his craft with real heart, you’ve found him. Jantzen Tailor has earned a loyal customer in me for over ten years, and I’ll keep coming back.

I purchased a suit from Jantzen a few years back and was most satisfied with the quality, craftsmanship and fit of the suit. Recently, I have come to Jantzen again and ordered three custom made shirts and a pair of trousers. They have all come back perfect - just the way I wanted. The team at Jantzen including Ricky, Samson and Reynold all gave very helpful and professional advice and suggestions, ranging from what collar to pick on your shirt, whether to have breast pocket for a particular style, fit and fabric of the shirt, to how many pleats to have on your trousers, should you find yourself needing help with customising your orders. The fitting sessions are smooth and easy too. Jantzen is easily one of the best tailors in HK, highly recommended.

Absolutely loved the 4 shirts I had made at Jantzen this trip! Beautifully tailored, quick turnaround and done exactly as I had customised - buttons, different colour threads, fine detail / frills. Why would anyone buy off the shelf shirts / blouses when you can choose your fabric and have a perfect fit? :)
