Kansai Yaki in Sham Shui Po offers one of the best sukiyaki and yakiniku deals in town. The restaurant is solo-diner friendly, with individual stoves at almost every seating. We ordered a Deluxe Wagyu Set for yakiniku and Hokkaido Tokachi Wagyu set for sukiyaki, including chuck short ribs, shoulder clod and wagyu brisket, with a starter, rice/udon, dessert and a drink. The thickness of the meat was about the same in both sets. A4 chuck short ribs, the fattiest among all, had a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Guests can customize the flavors of the sukiyaki base - Kombu soup or a sweet and traditional sauce, or a mix of both. Various dips and flavored salt are also available at the table. We picked gyutan, ox tongue as an additional dish which was a standout - big portion of 120g at $78, serving only the middle part, with a crunchy bite and an ideal balance of firm meat and tender fat. Would absolutely revisit for this.

食咗呢間餐廳，壽喜燒、涮涮鍋、燒肉都有🤩！ 十勝A4和牛三重奏 呢個係壽喜燒餐，套餐包前菜、野菜籃🥬、250g三款肉、甜品、飯/烏冬、日本蛋。前菜係漬番茄🍅，甜品係牛奶布甸🍮，好滑🥛。 壽喜燒有壽喜燒汁同昆布湯，用壽喜燒汁煮完啲肉就可以點落生雞蛋度食🍳，令到肉啲口感更加滑。之後就可以加啲湯煮蔬菜🥬，有南瓜、娃娃菜、菇類等🍄🟫。 十勝A4和牛套餐 呢個係燒肉，都係包三種肉250g，仲有前菜、沙律🥗、甜品、飯、味噌湯🍲。一共有三款燒肉汁，有鹽味燒肉汁、炭味香燒肉汁、卡魯比燒肉汁，點每款汁食都有唔同滋味👍。 三款肉有唔同部位，全部都係北海道十勝A4和牛🥩，有三角腩、上肩胛、牛前胸。每款肉都寫咗建議煮嘅時間⏰，跟足嘅話啲牛會燒到好粉嫩，好軟熟👍。三角腩就比較多油香，一咬入口好重油脂香🤩。牛前胸油花好均勻，亦好重牛味，肥瘦比例一半一半🥩。上肩胛嘅肉味就最濃，呢個部位肌肉比較發達，都會較多牛筋和牛筋膜🤩。 追加咗一份十勝A4和牛三角腩 厚切牛舌芯 呢個份量好多，每舊牛舌好厚切，用嚟燒就啱晒，咬落好彈牙爽口👅 日本青森林100%蘋果汁🍎
