I ordered beef brisket and tendon with noodles, plus cuttlefish balls. Very authentic local flavours. If you want a relaxed, not-too-hectic spot to enjoy great food alone, this is it.

ordered tomato base noodles but end up its the worst in my life weird taste!! the fish side dish was oily and spicy squid tasted weird and disgusting paid for 130hkd for everything and surprisingly they only accepted cash and octopus card !!!!!hmmm!! and no e payments in the end they only cared to rush payments and kept reminding you only had 5 then 3 mins left to eat when it was only 8:40pm unfriendly hospitality!! would not visit again because u dont feel comfortable eating there with staffs rushing you to finish ASAP without any legit reason it was only 8:40pm (dinner time)

Ordered beef noodle and vegetables and wanton soup. Wanton was taste, so is the vegetables ( hard to go wrong), but I couldn’t finish the noodles because it was quite tasteless and hard/rough. The beef was quite little for its price too The restaurant was empty when I came in so the server was quite attentive and nice

Central doesn’t have a lot of options for rice noodle. This is a better option than Tamjai and it is similar price. Their soup bases are flavourful and portion is decent, won’t leave you too hungry or too full. I normally order medium spicy, it is spicy enough. The restaurant wasn’t busy when I went but they insisted we sit on one side of the table.

just fair. PROS: soup broth (yunnan spicy&sour), amount of coriander & sour pickles, can QR code order. CONS: seating arrangement (they put us to fill a 4-pax table while it’s not lunch peak hours), jellyfish unreasonably high price + mediocre taste. pigs intestines disappointing. but since it’s fairly clean and quiet, still a good choice for a quick noodles fix when all other restos are packed.
