Respect • Full kitchen + washer/dryer, actual useful setup • Fridge door is a bit of a diva, doesn’t always close properly • Bedding is ultra comfy, high quality stuff • Gym is big enough to actually get a proper workout in • Infinity pool looks great… until HK summer turns you into a roasted goose. Too damn hot to swim • Easy underground access to Nathan Road chaos • Summer food court downstairs is pure tourist sardine can, prepare yourself • Elevator maze is real — even Harbour 2 has its own private one, you’ll get lost the first day or two • Not cheap, but the view alone makes it a must-

Had an amazing stay at K11 ARTUS, one of the most unique luxury stays I’ve experienced in Hong Kong. Unlike a traditional hotel, the property feels much more like an elegant private residence, combining art, craftsmanship, and luxury living in a very calm and intimate way. We stayed in the Harbour Two Bedroom Residence with a private rooftop, balcony, and jacuzzi, which offered incredible panoramic views across Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline. The residence was beautifully designed with warm interiors, curated artwork, and floor to ceiling windows that made the space feel both luxurious and very comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely relaxing in the rooftop jacuzzi during sunset while watching the skyline slowly light up at night. The atmosphere throughout the property feels peaceful and highly exclusive despite being located right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. The facilities and dining experiences were also excellent, especially at Victoria Café overlooking the waterfront. K11 Artus Hotel is a great choice for families and holidays. The location is excellent—easy and convenient—with a mall right next to the hotel. The staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the balloons and kid-friendly amenities like slippers and a bathrobe for our baby. A special thank you to Mr. Wing Yip for helping us with our luggage. He was very polite and kind.
