Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

We had a great stay! The property was clean, tidy, and well maintained. One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much more convenient. The location is excellent—it's just a short walk to the nearest MTR station, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of great restaurants and local food spots nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

My stay at Dash Living on Prat was comfortable overall. The room felt quite spacious, even though the twin beds were a little small. The bathroom was large and well-designed, which added to the convenience. The twin beds can be moved easily, which can be good or bad — when I sat down, I accidentally shifted them. The lounge was one of the highlights — a huge space with many tables and plenty of plugs, perfect for working. The TV was a nice touch, especially for watching the World Cup. Guests can even cook in the lounge, as kitchen utensils like electric stoves and pots are provided. The coffee machine was useful, though it would be better if milk were available. Some facilities, like the Mario arcade, unfortunately couldn’t be turned on. Amenities were practical and thoughtful: free washing machines, a small yoga room with a few fitness machines, vending machines with drinks and food available, and drinking water on the 5th floor. These made the stay more convenient. The only drawback was the single lift to the basement lounge, which could mean long waits during peak hours. Another big plus is the location — right in Tsim Sha Tsui, within a 5-minute walk to the MTR station. It’

Comfortable sized rooms and they were clean. Very near amenities like restaurants, convenient stores, spas and MTR (Tsim Sha Tsui or TST East). Even the popular Jenny's Bakery was nearby. Housekeeping do not make your bed except replace your towels daily. Lifts were only accessible via card key and they had a 24hr reception. Only gripe was they DO NOT have bedroom slippers and nearest place I could get a pair was Don Don Donki and it was expensive. They had only a water dispenser on level 5 as there was no bottled water in the room. No breakfast provided since Hong Kong has lots of great dimsum and gym is in the basement and is chargeable. On the whole still a good hotel and I would recommend it!

I stayed 5D4N as a couple in their Superior Queen room. The room size is quite spacious for two, with plenty of cupboard space, which is a plus. If you book early, the rates are quite reasonable. However, once it goes above HKD1,100 per night, I don’t think the premium matches the level of service provided. Front desk didn’t explain the amenities provided by the hotel. The room is equipped with the basics like safety box, fridge, kettle, ironing board, sufficient plug points, and space for luggage. There was little to no noise pollution at night, which made for decent rest. Put it this way, it’s a place to sleep for the night but I noticed all the unrefined details after a few days. There are quite a few “fine print” items on Agoda that are easy to miss. There is no housekeeping (only daily towel changes unless you stay more than 7 days), no slippers, no complimentary laundry unless you sign up as a member, no bottled water, and no toiletries aside from shampoo and soap in line with Hong Kong guidelines. Towels were thick and fluffy on the first day, but noticeably thinner and lower quality on subsequent days. The hair dryer is weak, so I wouldn’t rely on it. These are small thing
