In the middle of a crowded city, we suddenly stumbled upon a huge park — such a refreshing surprise. Even more unexpectedly, there was a group of flamingos, which made the whole experience feel a bit magical 🦩✨

If you like flamingoes then you will no doubt enjoy the Kowloon Park Bird Lake. These pink flamingoes seemed to be the only birds calling this pond home. I was disappointed not so see any ducks or other local species with the exception of some juvenile herons.

This area of the Kowloon park is lovely and full of flamingos. The aviary is worth a visit too, they have a great selection of birds, now I don't like birds in cages but at least they all look healthy and well taken care of here.
