Usually, I like eating at jollibee, in the diamond hill branch, where the food and service is better. At the Hennessy road branch, I ordered a spaghetti with meatballs and the meatballs weren’t fully thawed on the inside! I complained to them, and I told them to reheat it, but instead they just dumped it and gave me a new one! What a waste of food! Fortunately, the new one was hot. There are 2 floors, ground and basement. On the ground floor, the A. C. Is too hot. In the basement, it is too cold! I recommend you don’t come here, go to the diamond hill branch, it is much much better, and like a proper restaurant.

I went to this Jollibee branch and had a really nice experience. The food was served hot and tasted very good, especially the chicken which was crispy and juicy. The spaghetti was sweet and flavorful, just how I like it. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and quick to serve. Overall, it was a simple but satisfying meal, and I would definitely come back again.

On 5 Dec 2025, I bumped into here after 3pm as I spotted vacant tables. I ordered a set plus an ebi pie and enjoyed my meal leisurely. As I liked to use its toilet, I explored its basement floor a bit.

This is the first time ever we have eaten at a Jolllibee and the experience is quite surprising. The food is not gourmet for sure, but it’s actually not bad. In fact, the food can be described as acceptable to good. A look at their menu (burgers, spaghettis, and fried chicken) gives the outward appearance that this brand is a cross between a few known franchised burger, spaghetti , and fried chicken chains. The only thing that is missing is pizza. Who knows? Maybe in the not too distant future we will be ordering Jollibee pizzas.
