I have never understood why so many people consider this the best fried chicken in the world. While the chicken is indeed crispy and juicy, plenty of other places offer the same quality. What I find most intolerable is how stingy they are with napkins—they only ever give you one. Having to go back and ask for more with greasy hands and a messy mouth after finishing the meal is a really unpleasant experience.

The whole place is such a vibe. My meal arrived quickly, and it was great, especially the chicken. I would happily go there again if I can. Note that they only accept cash or the Octopus card.

Look at this pathetic amount of fries. For a meal. These potato literally cost 5 cents to make.

Food is good, but, unfortunately, the chairs and tables are not as cleaned as they should be. The experience would be better if the place is cleaner and tidier.

I think the excellent location (it was right across from my hotel so very convenient) of this place fooled me as I think I got food poisoning from the chicken. It seemed to be an odd colour but I thought nothing of it as I was quite hungry. This brand isn't in New Zealand so I was looking forward to trying it out for the first time - who doesn't like fried chicken right so thought it was going to be great but I was bitterly disappointed (food poisoning aside). The mushroom and rice was terrible and tasted like it was full of chicken flavouring. The gravy was terrible and the rice overcooked. Tourists must note that this place doesn't accept major credit cards so I had to pay using cash which was fine because I had it but I wished that I had known this before ordering. I order one piece of original fried chicken, small fries, hot chocolate, mushroom rice and the chicken bites. Cashier wasn't the friendliest and didn't explain the collection process at all. I had ordered to eat in but you're supposed to collect your tray when the kitchen calls your number. Based on this experience I highly doubt that I'll ever have a meal from this brand in future. Price is very good but perhaps this
