unfortunately steak was overcooked as compared to other tables' and the batter of one of the cod fish was too thick and not cooked through; otherwise a great meal the birthday celebration for one of the customers seemed great

The small cozy place looks welcoming out the outside but.... As we went there on a rainy day and the floor is just slippery! I worry about the staff there as they are serving many customers in a narrow space and handling hot food. Please consider changing the flooring as it's very slippery for guests and staff. Food The salad is a good portion side and fresh. Great way to start the meal Drinks are reasonable priced! Cute way to present the steak over silver plate over fire. But if you want your medium rare to stay medium, make sure you remove them off the fire so they don't keep cooking! The unlimited fries is a nice idea but they are too salty. Staff They are very polite, friendly and helpful. Atmosphere Besides the slippery floor, it's very narrow so meaning it is loud. Tips: you can't book on openrice, book via their website!

I made a reservation since the restaurant was quite small. Although seating was tight, service was nice and welcoming. They entertained our questions, since it was our first time dining with them. The steaks were cooked to order. Since we were a party of two, we tried different cuts and asked for the recommended doneness for each one. The fries were indeed unlimited. The side salad was also pretty good. I will stop by again if ever I am back in HK.

I recently visited a steakhouse in Central to enjoy dinner, where they offer a three-meal set, rump steak, sirloin and roasted chicken. I chose for the rump steak and sirloin, both cooked medium rare. Between the two, the sirloin stood out with a rich fattiness that made it more flavorful. The rump steak, by contrast, was stringy and chewy which made it less enjoyable compared to the sirloin. One limitation is that they only serve one sauce, which I believe was chimichurri. At La Parrilla, I’ve had a wider variety of sauces, so this felt a bit restrictive. That said, the price point is very reasonable for Central (148 HKD per meal) which make it an affordable option for steak lovers. The restaurant is extremely popular, so expect a long queue if you walk in. I strongly recommend making a reservation; with one, you’ll be seated on time and can enjoy your meal without the wait. Special mention to the staff: despite being busy and clearly tired, they work hard with genuine smiles to make sure diners had a pleasant experience. Their effort and attitude definitely elevated the overall dining atmosphere.

The steak with fries was really great for the price. Service was nice as well, people are friendly. But the seating was very compact, so it wasn't the best dining experience. Overall, I'd strongly recommend the food, but try to come at times with less people.
