簡直是驚為天人！我買了個pistachio saint honoré開初是覺得很漂亮，沒想到內涵比外表更驚艷。整個saint honoré造得精緻，對稱，裝飾均勻，根本就是藝術品；層次分明，不論是焦糖泡芙、酥皮餅底、脆餅底、絲滑的開心果mousse或是奶油唧花，分開細件來吃全都各有特色，沒有誰搶了誰風頭，整體來吃亦是配合得宜，不會甜死了；老實說比我在出名的意大利餐廳吃到的的更合我口味。高手都在民間。吃進肚子不止口福，還感受到做蛋糕的人厚厚的用心，多謝💯💚 還想多謝配送蛋糕的同事，小心保護我的蛋糕🩷 誠意推薦給所有人！

喺香港食過，應該係最好食嘅法式蛋糕。威士忌朱古力味超正，有濃濃嘅酒香，配合少少苦味嘅朱古力，味道優雅。店主喺法國留學，估唔到喺香港食到正宗嘅法式蛋糕，性價比極高。
