I’ve been coming to this barber shop for a while now, and I always book with Anson Lau. He consistently does a great job, precise, attentive, and really understands exactly what I’m looking for every time. The experience is always smooth, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend asking for Anson if you want a reliable and top-quality haircut.

My guy Allen Chau always hooks me up with a good cut. Can do scissors cuts too, not just clippers. This place gives you just as good quality as high-end places in Central like Base, but at 380 instead of 500 hkd. Great value.

I’ve been going for my haircut with Fernando for over 6 years. As a Brit with very thick hair, it’s always hard to find a hairdresser who knows how to cut my hair in HK. But, Fernando worked as a hairdresser in London in the 90s & 00s at Toni & Guy, then Paris & Sydney. Then he re-trained as a barber in 2014 in Covent Garden. Needless to say, he knows how to cut hair. I see so many expats or visitors struggling to find someone who cuts their hair in HK. I recommend Fernando to everyone who’s in town and they’re always thankful. He’s also great at beard trims & a clean shave too. I have not used any other barber at Too Far East, just Fernando but I can vouch that the salon is very easy to find, has free drinks (beers too) and hasn’t gone up in price in all the years I’ve been visiting. You can also book online and they take all international cards too. Highly recommend.

Really got lucky to walk into this Barber shop in Central Hong Kong. I have tried dozens of Men's haircut in Central, but was never fully satisfied with the results. Finally found skilled hands! Kelvin took the time to discuss with me and he really did an A+ work with my hair (not easy task). Clean and comfortable environment and kind staff as well. Super grateful for today's service. You will see me again soon. D
