Very happy with the service and prices here. Wish we lived in Hong Kong so I could keep getting my glasses here.

During our trip to Hong Kong, we ran out of contact lenses and decided to try our luck at this shop. We were met with sincere customer service and found the prices to be very reasonable. The staff were honest with tourists and didn't overcharge. They also sent us a WhatsApp message to notify us as soon as our order was ready for pick-up. We will definitely return to this shop if we need anything in the future.

Popped in to enquire about fixing my broken arm from my sunglasses, the staff were super helpful and kind, fixed my glasses and advised me on not replacing my lenses as the glasses didn’t have much life left in them! Super helpful and honest, couldn’t recommend enough! ☺️

I've been to this store for more than five years. Reasonable price and kindness. Especially the cheap price of one day lenses

Super friendly and competent staff! This was my first experience with contact lenses and they fit perfectly. The staff really took time (although it was already after 6pm) to examine and measure my eyesight and help me get acquainted with the lenses. If you are looking for quick, professional and uncomplicated service, this is the place to go!
