I am a local Hong Kong citizen. I politely asked the owner about a discrepancy with the shared washroom room I booked, yet he immediately turned aggressive, intimidated me and hurled vulgar abusive insults in public. He also made racist remarks belittling Black and Indian people, mocking my Indian travel companion. As a service provider, his racial harassment may contravene Hong Kong’s Race Discrimination Ordinance (Cap. 602). My refund request was flatly rejected, forcing me to book alternative accommodation at extra cost. I will proceed to make a full complaint with supporting evidence via the booking platform. I will also lodge formal reports with the Hong Kong Consumer Council and Equal Opportunities Commission to pursue the establishment for mismatched room allocation, verbal abuse and racial discrimination. I strongly advise against staying here.

in my expirience ofcoure i cannot demand for what i paid for coz i want more cheaper budget hotel so it is they give for so its okay for me and the owner mr peter is such a great owner he always smile at me and very accomodative and to those tourist that wants a great value of your money ofcourenot the owner eillngive you what you paid for and dont expect to much and if you want more expensive hotel rate well dont go here but if you want a solo and need to budget your money i recomend you guys here like me i hope mr peter will read this review its me the room 35. in the fromt door in 3 days nov 7 until 10 so nice to have you mr peter i will choose your hotel when i travel sgain
