My husband n myself fell sick while holidaying in Hong Kong, we were desperate to consult a doctor on late Saturday afternoon. Luckily we chance upon his clinic at Wan Chai. Dr Leong patiently went through our medical histories and was very caring throughout the consultations. The receptionist was also very nice towards us who just dropped in without appointment.

很奇怪今日想約梁醫生睇病但見到差評…其實睇左醫生十年都冇試過見到醫生有冇醫德既問題。醫生面診時很仔細及會查看以往病歷作評估，唔會急急趕你走。雖然我十年睇幾次梁醫生而已…

2024年1月7日星期日晚我肚痾痾咗4次，發燒燒咗2日，期間頭痛全身痛喉痛真係無信心出街睇醫生，只可以食住之前肺炎嘅退燒感冒藥等退燒再去睇醫生，7號同8號完全垂死狀態，除咗食藥同訓覺一餐飯都無食過。 1月9日病到第三日，一起身見退咗燒好返啲就食埋藥衝出門口到梁均鉅醫生診所睇醫生，去到診所姑娘話無預約唔可以睇醫生，唔可以當面預約叫我打電話約返時間。我即時打電話約，原來又係呢個姑娘聽，佢當面係電話叫我4:45pm 再黎睇。跟住我全身無力又頭痛頭有啲暈，就無郁過坐係等候處安靜地休息一陣諗住精神小小再返歸。點知姑娘話醫生做緊小手術，醫生話唔容許我係度等，話我可能會嚇襯病人要求我立即離開。我解釋好幾次「真係好唔舒服好暈走唔郁，我坐多陣見好啲就會走」，但姑娘強硬地要我立即離開，我真係無辦法之下唯有打999 call 白車。我之前去過呢間診所睇醫生所以認得路，但call 白車時唔識報詳細地址，就交咗電話俾姑娘聽，聽到佢報咗「地下」。我明知身處唔係地下，但嗰陣個腦俾唔到反應，同時全身發冷標汗，同姑娘反映返標晒冷汗好唔舒服，姑娘拎咗紙巾出黎幫我印汗，更主動要扶我落樓下地下等白車，姑娘解釋話call白車會騷擾房內手術中嘅病人，叫我自己搭的士去醫院更為妥當。當時我頭超痛好暈比唔到反應姑娘，姑娘對我病情莫不關心都算，仲令我感覺到「要死就死遠啲」咁，我不自覺喊咗出黎。姑娘就打比管理處自報「7a」問白車到咗未。佢呢頭收線嗰頭白車打俾我問我係邊，我先識答「7a」。係白車時醫護問我喊嘅原因+call白車原因。醫護指出姑娘代報我狀況為「我太唔舒服所以喊 + 因為我等睇醫生等太耐所以call 白車」。當我講返原因之後，兩個醫護都話個醫生只有醫術但無乜醫德，叫我唔好再去嗰度睇醫生，又可能只係姑娘有問題，的確從頭到尾診所醫生都無出現過。後續：腸胃炎剛好但感冒仍未好，1月14日嚴重失聲，連日夜晚咳醒訓唔好，1月16日到梁均鉅醫生診所睇醫生，同時向醫生提及於1月9日得發生的遭遇，醫生表示當日不在診所需要了解詳情再覆我。診所第一次來電：姑娘打黎搵我再轉由醫生聽，醫生覆述姑娘描述當日我用醫療卡有問題而產生之後嘅事，被我否定後醫生話再向姑娘了解。診所第二次來電：醫生打黎話姑娘當日自己都唔舒服要休息，所以先有呢件事發生，我話我唔信佢唔舒服，當日姑娘傾電話傾得好開心，然後係咁用行動扯我走，我提出check cctv 但醫生話無錄影，最後醫生代姑娘say sorry 叫我就咁算。我堅持話要姑娘親自比返個交代我，然後到而家都無人聯繫過我。作為KOL我無係ig 同page 公審，只係尋求直接對話都咁樣樣，從來無諗過自己作為病人會遭遇到呢啲咁恐怖嘅事，醫德何在？
