Location of The Lodgewood in Wan Chai is perfect, great and convenient for everything. The apartment was clean. The assistant manager, Willy Chan is very professional and helpful. My husband is very sensitive to smells, he tried his best to eliminate the issues. This is a nice home feel serviced apartment, would recommend for long stays.

Great location with everything from shopping to eating. Room is pretty roomy. But it is dated. The AC broke for a week and not replace. Shower drainage is very slow. If it isn't for the location, I would not recommend this place.

Nice experience to stay at this place! The service is quick and convenient. The location is really good. Near all the food place and market. In front of mtr and tram stop. You can get everything near this place!

Service quality was beyond poor. Renovation works in the building all the time and very noisy and dusty. Original gym on the first floor was closed permanently without notice and management simply converted the floor for their own use, no compensation whatsoever. Cleaning service was close to non existent as dishes were always oily and it merely took them 10 min to clean an entire apartment. Apart from the location, would not recommend this place at all. Chinachem management is as expected, subpar and below market standard.

Convenient and decent home feel apartment. Nice staff especially Alice and the male manager. Light and good breakfast. But the new wifi system was almost fully unstable for weeks. Wooden floor tilings are always quirking due to poor workmanship. No airport shuttle is provided so advertisement is not correct. Overall experience is pleasant for the stay.
