Profoundly disappointing stay with severe security concerns. Most alarmingly, personal belongings were stolen from my room, and management failed to provide any feedback, investigation, or support regarding the incident. Furthermore, the property's upkeep has severely deteriorated. The air conditioning in the reception area has been broken for weeks, as has the water supply in the common areas. The room itself suffered from excessively squeaky flooring, and the previously offered complimentary breakfast has been quietly discontinued. It is incredibly disappointing to see how far the standard of service has fallen. I strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere until these critical security and maintenance issues are resolved.

Staying in a studio apartment has been a highly unpleasant experience. The room has multiple issues, including loud, squeaky flooring and terrible outside noise insulation. To make matters worse, we’ve had repeated issues with the bathroom drainage leaking. Despite raising these persistent problems, management completely refuses to accommodate us with a better room alternative. For the price and the "service" standard, it is not worth at all

The reception at this establishment can never be reached, so incase of emergency don't expect them to respond, it automatically goes to an automated service. If there were any elderly or disabled people living in the building, forget any help from the management services and rental. Unreliable. I've called 8 times and it's gone to automated message. I was there 30 minutes ago and i know there was a man sitting at the reception

I would rate the Luna 6 stars if I could. The location is great, facilities are great, and most importantly ALL staff here are helpful and friendly. I think service matters the most since it’s service apartment. Will definitely come back.

It’s new so everything is quite nice, but the management is terrible. They didn’t return a stamped license agreement until after the lease expired, so I could not submit it to work for the rental reimbursement scheme for tax. In addition they deducted a small admin fee from my deposit, with no explanation. I would try GardenEast or Two Macdonnel Road instead as they are more professionally managed.
