A lot of stuff here is really overpriced and there is a policy here that you cannot return stuff and you can only do exchange within 14 days. and the things you are exchanging cannot be lower then the item that you have. I came here once with my friend and i bought a mascara and i didn't really like it so i decided to return to log on that exact day then when i tried to returned it a kind employee implied that you can only exchange items that are over the price of your item. since my item was 99$hkd I had to buy two more things and then my new total was 177$hkd. i think what would be best is that when you are checking out they specifically tell you their no return policy to make it more convenient for customers. though the customer service here was quite good and this is a really big store that had makeup, toy, skincare, stationaries good for adults and children.

Log-On is a store that sells all sorts of goods such as electronics and accessories and bags to cameras and film and plush toys. They even have shirts, humidifiers, fragrances and more. I feel that they target the younger end of the market with their product lineup. Items are high quality and original.

I feel like Log-On has changed over the years. I used to come here because I am a stationery lover but the stationery section is so small. The good thing is you can still find a lot of cute plushies, backpacks, face cream and other things. Just don’t expect a huge selection for stationery.

An interesting department store that not only sells typical stuff like bags, umbrellas, stationery, sandals, toys but also a special small range of of unique items like camping gear, Japanese cosmetic products, electronics and air fresheners. The prices and quality of the goods are above average. Interesting to walk around to see what the store holds.
