Ordered 芒果绵绵冰 & when the dessert was served it was already melted, even the tray was filled with the melted mango ice. Checked with one of the service crew & she told us it is normal because it’s “绵绵冰” & by the time they serve it, it will normally be like that. Came to this place again because our experience the first time was good. Never coming back again, very disappointing. How can they cheat their customer’s money like that? It totally looks like it have been put in the kitchen for at least 10 minutes. Not even a sorry or an explanation was given.

Ordered mango bingsu but by the time it came, most ice had already melted. Asked the staff and they argued back that bingsu indeed melts very fast. Poor service, poor attitude, poor food.

Revisited this modern dessert spot, this time at TST. We paired fire and ice. The Mango Pomelo Sago Shaved Ice was a dream. Fresh mangoes piled high, framed by berries and kiwi. The cream on top was rich and milky, while the shaved ice beneath melted slowly—smooth, velvety, and pure bliss. Then, the hot Stewed Coconut. Packed with lotus seeds, red beans, and peach gum in silky coconut milk. Both desserts nail the sweetness. Balanced, fresh, and distinct. A gentle treat for the soul.

The desserts here are nice, but the service is disappointing. There was no clear notice that two people must order two items—we ordered a large combo to share and were forced to order more, which we couldn’t finish. On top of that, the staff were sour and unwelcoming the entire time. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want your mood spoiled.

Tried a few desserts here and had a bit of a mixed experience. The steamed milk coconut pudding was alright, and the sesame tangyuan were actually pretty tasty—nice texture and flavor! The sweet soup combo, though… hmm. It tasted fine, but the presentation was a letdown. Instead of the cute bowl shown on the menu, it came in what looked like a regular water cup 😅 Not quite the dessert moment I was expecting. But the almond tea with egg white? _Chef’s kiss_ 👌 That was definitely the highlight—smooth, warm, and comforting. Would come back just for that one!
