多年前經高樓層的店面，不容易尋找，而且陳列的車型也比較少。今天發現已經換到了 新的位置，方便了不少也亮麗的很多，期待能加快擁有，真的好漂亮。

When I passed by this Lotus showroom and was really looking forward to having a look inside, but I ended up having the worst car-viewing experience ever. When I walked in wearing simple, casual clothes, a male staff member (didn't catch his name tag) took one look at me and immediately had this "you're in the wrong place" expression on his face. Before I could even say "hello," he spoke to me in a very impatient, almost dismissive tone and said, "Get out." I was completely stunned and had no idea what was happening. I know I was dressed simply, but for a luxury car brand, is it necessary for customers to be in suits just to deserve basic respect? He couldn't even bother to ask "Can I help you?" and just told me to leave, that kind of service attitude is truly shocking and rude. I was actually quite interested in the Lotus brand before, but now I've lost all goodwill. The cars might be great, but being treated this way makes me want nothing to do with them, I hope the company can properly train their frontline staff. Besides, not everyone walks in looking like they're ready to buy a car on the spot - but as a salesman, he doesn't even have the most basic professional qualities (cou
