We were very happy with the whole process of purchasing our new car. I highly recommend Freddy as he was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. He was extremely positive when answering our many trivial questions and switching our car through the 1-1 scheme was fuss free cause he had all the documentations prepared well. Upon picking up our new car, Freddy also took the time to go through the functions of the car and different things that came with it in detail (which we had never experienced with other sales). The car is easy to drive and we love it already. Thankyou Freddy for making the whole process smooth and taking care of us!

He explained every step in detail, from the car’s features to the efficient handling of paperwork, and even the small details related to driving. I recently purchased the Maxus MIFA 7 Elite version, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! This MPV is a game changer spacious, comfortable, and packed with premium features like the advanced infotainment system and smooth electric performance that make every drive a pleasure. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service from salesman Freddy Fung. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process, answering all my questions with a positive attitude and going the extra mile to ensure everything was tailored to my needs. Amazed by the customer service level that I encountered this weekend, Maxus Salesman Mr Fung Kin Man provided amazing purchase experience, me and my family needed to buy a 7 seater MPV for us to use together, we wanted to explore electric cars so we can save additional costs in the future. My friend already have Maxus MIFA 9 but it is too big and recommended me to look at Maxus MIFA 7. I decided to walk in with my whole family to explore the cars on the weekend. When we entered the showroom, Mr Fung provided us a very warm welcome and made us felt very welcome to the showroom immediately. We didn’t have any experience with the electric cars and currently driving Toyota. Turns out Mr Fung is a multi-brand sales for Inchcape, therefore he is very experienced in my car differences, his professionalism amazed us as we had to ask many questions regarding charging, government 1-for-1 scheme, timeline of delivery, financing and insurance. Mr Fung explained every single question and provided a lot more additional information regarding charging outside and the differences between our old car and new car. One of the greatest customer service experienced, Maxus Hong Kong Salesman Mr Colvin Siu demonstrated what customer service defines, as I have newborn baby, I needed to look for new 7-seater MPV and I wanted to explore electric to save future costs. I researched Maxus brand from Inchcape as I have more confidences in Inchcape and decided to walk in to see the cars with my family on weekend in Wan Chai Showroom and Colvin gave us a very warm greeting as we entered the showroom, made us felt very welcome to the showroom right away. We had no clue of the electric cars and had many questions regarding charging, 1-for-1 scheme and timeline of delivery. Colvin explained every single question and provided a lot more additional information regarding trade in / wallbox etc. He also offered and test drove the car with the whole family on right away, after this amazing experience from Colvin. After he explained the difference of MIFA 7 & MIFA 9, We decide to purchase MIFA 7 after we back to showroom and Colvin showed all the different colours combinations and what is in stock as we wanted fast delivery with the baby already born.
