Came here for our very first escape room experience and unknowingly attempted a room with 4/5 difficulty. We needed hints for almost every single puzzle 😅 We felt so dumb but the staff was very nice and helpful about it! Great experience overall, though it might’ve been nice to have a bit more of an introduction into the experience/story before putting us in the room.

really nice experience ! Went there with my partner the other day :) Even though the mechanics were slightly off at some times, we still got through and the staff had helped us through the process 🫶🏼 Highly recommend others to go pay a visit ! 👍

We played the Ninja escape room today with a friend, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly kind and patient—when I had a nosebleed right before our session, they waited for us without any rush. Throughout the game, they remained attentive when we asked for hints, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They also gave us extra time, which allowed us to successfully complete our very first escape room—something we were really proud of! At the end, they kindly helped us take photos to remember the occasion. That said, some of the puzzles were quite challenging, though that might be because there were only two of us instead of the recommended eight. Nevertheless, it was a very enjoyable experience, and we will definitely come again in the future.

Played Nathan Road 452, Absolutely fun and VERY SCARY!!! Staff was extremely nice : ) The designs were amazing, felt like old HK style, I literally freaked out when I was able to shut down the lights, you also had to be a little physical in the room! Love the theming for mahjong, staff were extremely nice, I had 5 minute left on the clock and used ~3 hints! Thank you LOST for creating this escape room, this was my wish list escape room that could be finally be out of my wish list!

Awesome experience! The staff were amazing and extremely friendly. We did the MI6 room, it was challenging but doable and extremely fun! The whole experience is expat friendly and would highly recommend going to give it a try. We will definitely be back again!
