The fat male staff’s attitude was ridiculous and severely irresponsible as if his whole family died yesterday. However the female was although a bit on9, she delivered was she was suppose to deliver. The theme and game was boring as hell, we literally opened two padlocks without using any clues (by luck)

we had a terrible experience. firstly, the price is unreasonable- we had to pay $208 even though we are students because they say we are in summer holidays. it totally doesn't make sense. the staffs were impolite and irresponsive. they just stared at us when we asked them questions instead of answering them. they even accused us for damaging properties when we accidentally taking off a painting from the wall which was an ACCIDENT. that led us to use a lot more time later on because we were scared to break anything and get yelled at. we did not escape successfully and they didn't allow us to finish it even though the next section is more than an hour later. they also refused to answer our questions when we asked more about the escape room. totally do not recommend and will never go back

An absolutely appalling experience. The customer service was terrible. Whenever we needed the staff to come and help they would take 5minutes to get to you (remember you only get 45minutes to play). And whilst we were playing the room a serviceman came in to check on repairs and shut one of the doors that we needed open. The room also smelt like stinky feet (we were playing the kidnapped child room) and a lot of the props were broken and designed poorly. There's a prop that needed a xylophone to get a clue but the xylophone was out of tune. Not going to Freeing HK again.

This is really fun and challenging. My friends and I can get out of the room at last. It is really challenging because the time limit is a bit tight. We can only have 45 minutes for each game. The price is also quite resonable. There are many rooms for you to choose and you can choose them according to their themes or the difficulties. Worth to visit again! Highly recommended!

So My friends and I played the child kidnapping one. First of all, One of the props has several colours on it but all of the colours faded, which caused us couldn't figure out which colour is which. Second of all, the nails on the xylophone went missing before we got there, don't know if they were meant to be like this. Third of all, when we enter the third part of the room, the lock has already been opened, we don't even have to do anything, which what we think is a waste of money because this was supposed to be the hardest part of the room. Fourth, we pressed the hinting bell for A couple times but no one came in to help us until a several minutes passed. Fifth, props in the room were literally disgusting in terms of texture, they seem like they were there since the 1980's and have not been wash since then. Overall, we are very disappointed of this experience.
