Probably the best pilates studio I have ever been! Miffy gives clear and thoughtful guidance and always making sure we feel comfortable while still being challenged. I especially love how she is able to focus on both strength and alignment. Instructors are all very friendly! Please come if you are looking to build core strength, stability and confidence hehe!
