Came by to get my Iphone 14 Pro max repaired due to water damage. Mr Chu was very detailed about his work and very fair. Made sure that i understood why and how it got damaged. Price wise was very fair and will definitely be back for his services in the future. Thank you 🙏🏻

Extremely professional and attentive service. Nothing like the sketchy places you may find elsewhere in the city. I visited other shops, but only Mr. Chu made me feel confident that I would receive honest service. I’ve been here twice for different repairs, and I always recommend this place to my friends, who have been very happy with the service as well.

Mr. Chu at Well Known Repair is the only person I trust with my iPads and phones. For the latest job he replaced both the screen and battery on my iPad, then patiently tested everything to make sure it was working perfectly before handing it back to me. His after‑installation service is outstanding: on the rare occasions a replacement part turns out to be faulty, he swaps it out immediately with no drama and no excuses. I’ve been using Mr. Chu for around five years now and he has been consistently honest, careful, and technically solid throughout. In an industry where it’s hard to know who to trust, Mr. Chu stands out as a highly recommended, trustworthy repair professional who takes real responsibility for his work.
