My shoe got dirty stains when I put my shoes there to repair the soles. When I told the staff that my shoe got stain here, he tried to rub it off the stain but the leather got a little ripped because he rubbed on it back and forth. Sigh…

I had my 7 years old boot soles replaced. Since they are my favorite boots I figured they deserve a premium quality repair. They were "repaired" quite quickly with 1 minor and 1 major issue for quite a steep price. Minor issue: As I was looking over the boots when I went to pick them up, I noticed one of the heel lifts floating around in the boot. There was no issue with the heel lift when I dropped off these boots. The repairman quickly glued it down, but after a day of wearing, it came off again (I'll use my own superglue to fix them). Major issue: after a few months of occasionally wearing my boots, the 3 layers of soles are now separating from BOTH boots making them useless in the rain. I don't often write reviews, especially negative ones, but I just want buyers to be aware. I give this place 2 stars instead of 1 because overall the boots looked nice for the first few months (after I polished them), but comparing to the prior 7 years of no issues with the soles besides worn-out tread, its a shame.
