Hong Kong has plenty of street snacks and budget eateries, with prices shown on the menu or price board and usually no service charge. Lunchtime and the evening rush are busiest, so take away or avoid the peak if you are in a hurry; some small shops close when they sell out or shut early in the evening, so check the hours before making a special trip. At cart-noodle shops you pick the noodles and toppings and pay by the number of toppings; congee shops often open early for breakfast.
Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Wed 12:00–15:00 and 18:00–21:00, Thu closed, Fri–Sun 12:00–15:00 and 18:00–21:00. It is open 6 days a week. Lunch and dinner are served in separate sessions with a break in between. It opens on Sunday too, like most places to eat in Hong Kong. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. There is no phone number yet; if the business has a website or social media page, try there, or use the Google Maps link on this page for the latest details.
It has a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 187 reviews, a strong score that points to consistently positive experiences.
Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

The shrimp ramen is exceptional good, the rich risotto like rice with cheese the staff recommended to add to the remaining broth at the end of the meal is delicious. I don’t really go look for popular restaurants but my friend brought me here. I went on a workday evening but I’m surprised to see how popular this restaurant is. I will return, while the spot is a bit out of the way the shop cat is charming. Friendly staff.

Freshness of the prawn and the clam was outstanding. Broth is loaded with umami yet it’s not salty. Good food and good value for the quality of the ingredients.

The best one is that shop in quarry bay. This one is new branch and the seafood remain in the best quality. However, the soup is a bit too foamy and a little bit less favourable than the Quarry bay shop. Overall, very happy to have that bowl of shrimp noodles and the seasonal seafood. The efforts can be tasted though the high quality food. Will come again and recommend this to my friends. It's a bowl of happiness. Support!

There is almost always a long queue and the wait can easily exceed one hour but it’s definitely worth the long wait!! Everything is on point - The thick shrimp broth, drunken shrimp and aromatic shrimp oil poured when the noodles are served! I can’t help but finish everything! The oyster is a must-order too! Have never tasted oyster so fresh and doesn’t have any bitterness!

There was a queue when I arrived but it was moving fast. Only 1 item on the menu with options to add on which makes it efficient. The prawn noodle soup is really good. The extras are on the sides and are cold. Should dump it in the soup if you prefer it warm. The shop is small but they managed to pack quite a few people in a small space.
