I am writing this while my ramen gets less hot. It is my second time here and this is without any doubt one of the best ramen in town. Intense flavors, very rich broth, amazing consistency, just beauty in a bowl. The spicy ramen has some sechuan pepper that gets your tongue funny. I just love it.

I've been to Japan many times (and Osaka) and tried many ramens, this one is easily in my top 3 (if not 1) - it's simply the best. Why fly to Japan when you can just get 10 of these instead! Highly recommend, it's absolutely delicious. 🍜🤤

Super creamy beef ramen, it also came quite fast and the place was not too crowded, at least at around 5pm. Prices are pretty good for the quality and quantity of the food.

Newly open ramen shop. We tried the beef bone soup and fish soup, and the rice. the beef bone soup is very creamy , rich but not oily. Beef is very tender The beef rice bowl is in wasabi sauce which is a bit stronger but interesting taste.

Osaka-born Mugen Ramen🍜 has opened a new Tsim Sha Tsui location, bringing their signature beef🐮 bone broth ramen to Hong Kong's competitive ramen scene. 。Special Wagyu Beef Bone White Broth Ramen ($188) The milky-white broth 🥣delivers a subtle dairy aroma that perfectly coats the thin, springy noodles. Tender sirloin beef slices 🥩line the bowl alongside excellent char siu and a perfectly molten-centered egg🐣 。Japanese Mazesoba ($128) This dry noodle dish features thicker, chewier noodles with mild spice🌶️. A splash of vinegar adds refreshing brightness, while chili oil brings aromatic, numbing heat that creates wonderful depth.☘️ Pair with ramune soda or Aomori apple juice (+$20 each) for the full Japanese experience.💙🏯
